The Ideal Partner Profile You are an established recruitment professional who:

Has 5-10 years of proven recruitment experience with a track record of successful placements and client relationships in your local market.

OR has recently launched an independent recruitment business and seeks a strategic partnership to accelerate growth.

Possesses strong industry networks and the ability to generate business through existing relationships.

Values collaboration while maintaining entrepreneurial drive.

Understands market dynamics, cultural nuances, and regulatory environment.

Has the ambition to build a sustainable, profitable recruitment operation.

Essential

Minimum 5 years recruitment experience.

Demonstrated ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle independently.

Strong client relationship management skills.

Self‑starter mentality with business development capabilities.

Strong understanding of employment law and recruitment practices.

Excellent communication skills (fluency in English essential).

Desirable

Existing client base or business pipeline.

Specialization in high‑demand sectors.

Experience with recruitment technology and CRM systems.

Previous experience running a business or managing P&L.

Established network within your business community.
