24 hour/week – weekdays only (no nights and no weekends) 8:00 a.m. – 4 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. –5:00 p.m. Location:
Our office is located in Waltham with free parking. Most of the families we visit live in towns along the I-95 corridor from Waltham to Woburn. Mileage is reimbursed at .66/mile. Position Summary:
Our nurses visit established families in their homes on a monthly or bi-monthly basis to perform assessments and provide education and support to elders or individuals with disabilities and their family caregivers who participate in our Adult Foster/Family Care (AFC) program. Responsibilities also include completion of progress notes, development of care plans, and other administrative duties. Full training is provided along with ongoing support. Minimum Qualifications:
The nurse must be licensed by the MA Board of Registration, have at least two-years of past experience working with either elders or adults with disabilities, and be CPR certified. A valid driver’s license and car are necessary. We Offer:
