Ensure returns are filed, taxes are paid and refunds are received Prepare trust, agency and estate receipts and disbursements using Trust AccountingSystem Research and solve routine account problemsindependently Research and solve more complex account problems with assistance of departmental leadership Ensure timely mailing of Trust Committee Review and Quality Reviewletters. This job operates in a clerical office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Physical Demands
This position requires manual dexterity, the ability to lift files and opening cabinets. This position requires bending, stooping or standing as necessary. Travel
Travel may be required for this position. Education and Experience
College degree (or equivalent additional related experience) required. Professional designation and/or advanced degree preferred. 5 - 7 years of progressively responsible experience in a trust related positions. Familiarity with investments and portfolio management. Knowledge of the Virginia Code as it relates to trusts and estates. Working knowledge of word-processing and spreadsheet applications. CTFA preferred.
