Integration Specialist, Strategic Integration
Jewish Family Service of San Diego – Full‑Time (37.5+ hours/week), Non‑Exempt. Fully onsite. Reports to Manager, Strategic Integration. Pay range: $23-$27/hour.
Position Overview JFS is looking for a compassionate, mission‑driven individual to join the Strategic Integration team as the Integration Specialist.
This role provides first‑line support for core staff systems.
The role keeps information findable and tools usable by administering the intranet and Learning Management System, handling day‑to‑day ETO (client database) support tickets and maintaining simple how‑to resources and a basic impact story repository.
Responsibilities
Triage and resolve ETOi user tickets, escalating as needed.
Maintain the intranet as the culture and clarity hub, including page ownership, content updates, navigation, and review cycles.
Administer the LMS, upload and assign courses, manage rosters, automate reminders, and produce completion reports for HR and managers.
Configure and maintain the story bank with metadata for outcomes tags, consent type, geography, and audience; partner with Community Impacts on workflow and publishing.
Publish and maintain work kits that connect forms, dashboards, and instructions.
Track and report usage, search success, and task completion to inform improvements.
Coordinate with Tech Services for platform escalations and with HR for compliance content.
Skills / Experience / Abilities That Are a Must‑Hold
Experience with business systems (databases, intranet platforms, or LMS).
Strong troubleshooting, organization, and customer‑service skills.
Clear writing and basic content‑design skills; attention to accessibility.
Ability to manage multiple requests and follow defined standards.
Skills / Abilities We’d Like You To Have
Bachelor’s degree in information systems, communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Two or more years in systems support or administration.
Physical Requirements
This position involves standard office work and requires the ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods, operate a computer and other office equipment, and communicate effectively in person and via digital platforms.
