Student Experience Manager
Location: Pasadena, CA
Compensation: $1,320 / week (room & board eligible)

With our Language Travel Schools, we offer young learners the opportunity to spend 2–4 weeks in North America, improving their English language skills in a robust program while participating in a full‑activity program of sports, discos, parties, excursions, and more!

The Role The Student Experience Manager is responsible for ensuring a quality experience for our international students. Your day may include celebrating student birthdays, completing administrative tasks, answering students' questions, or helping to decorate for campus events. You will manage and hold weekly student evaluations and address student concerns via our EF production system. You will also maintain a record of check‑ins and check‑outs of students as they visit family outside of campus.
Responsibilities
Welcome students to the EF school and ensure a high level of customer service and student satisfaction.
Answer student queries and help with student welfare issues.
Manage student and sales office cases, addressing student and parent concerns.
Facilitate weekly student evaluations.
Manage relevant records for students, such as insurance or medical records.
Approve and record temporary student check‑outs.
Provide administration support using the EF systems.
Respond to any problems and emergency situations should they arise.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a customer‑facing environment, ideally with young people.
Approachable and friendly with excellent interpersonal skills.
Capable of using your own initiative.
Have authorization to work in the country of employment.
Complete fluency in English.
Solid organizational and communication skills.
