Student Experience Manager – Summer 2026
Location Thornwood, NY
Compensation $1,275 / week (room & board eligible)
Eligibility All applicants must be 21 years of age or older.

Through its Language Travel Schools, it offers young learners the opportunity to spend 2–4 weeks in North America, improving their English language skills while participating in a robust program of sports, discos, parties, excursions, and more.

The Role The Student Experience Manager is responsible for ensuring a quality experience for our international students. Your day may include celebrating student birthdays, completing administrative tasks, answering students’ questions, or helping to decorate for campus events. You will manage and hold weekly student evaluations, address student concerns via our EF production system, and maintain a record of check‑ins and check‑outs as students visit family outside of campus.
Responsibilities
Welcome students to the EF school and ensure a high level of customer service and student satisfaction.
Answer student queries and assist with student welfare issues.
Manage student and sales office cases, addressing student and parent concerns.
Facilitate weekly student evaluations.
Maintain relevant records for students, such as insurance or medical records.
Approve and record temporary student check‑outs.
Provide administrative support using the EF systems.
Respond to any problems and emergency situations that arise.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a customer‑facing environment, ideally with young people.
Approachable and friendly with excellent interpersonal skills.
Capable of using your own initiative.
Have authorization to work in the country of employment.
Complete fluency in English.
Solid organizational and communication skills.
