What You'll Do
Owner of RFQ's and contract management - ensure Non-Disclosure Agreements, General Terms & Conditions, Piece Price Agreements, and other related contracts are negotiated, agreed and appropriately documented before business is initiated
Fully own the commercial relationship with our car body structure service and aftermarket supplier partners and responsible for pricing negotiations, consistency of supply, risk mitigation to ensure the smooth launch of the service program for new vehicles and meticulous maintenance of aftermarket service for obsolete vehicles
Continuously drive the cost efficiency throughout our body service supplier network and platforms, via contract negotiation, Value Analysis and Value Engineering (VAVE) initiatives, engineering changes and operation optimization
Manage all the engineering changes, as well overall service program timeline and execution
Develop a roadmap for the supplier base to balance the business needs with engineering and collision center's desire for reliability, performance and safety, including the look, material, manufacturing process and technology to deliver a successful service experience
Supply Chain Managers (SCM) work closely with Supplier Industrialization Engineers, New Product Introduction for Service and Collision Center and Service Quality teams to identify and develop the right capabilities and capacity with supplier partners
What You'll Bring
Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Chemistry, Engineering, evidence of exceptional ability, or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience in supply chain management or commodity management associated to metal stamping
Technical and commercial understanding of tooling and manufacturing processes on metal forming is preferred
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

Expected Compensation $101,280 - $189,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
