Roles & Responsibilities
Build, configure, deploy Windows-based PCs in a lab environment.
Troubleshoot issues on lab PCs.
Monitor ticket queue.
Work directly with customers on resolving their issues.
Technical/Functional Skills
Windows 10 & 11 experience with installation and troubleshooting.
Extensive knowledge of IT hardware and software.
Knowledge of Active Directory and infrastructure tools (security/patching software).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong customer‑service orientation.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Computer Science.
Salary Range $75,000 - $80,000 a Year
