Corporate Controller – Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a blended accounting and analytics team, including oversight of US Accounts Payable
Oversee the monthly close-to-report cycle with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and strong controls
Drive automation and process improvements to reduce manual journal entries and enhance efficiency
Partner across the organization on reporting, complex accounting matters, and evolving SaaS/term-based models
Collaborate with Finance Systems to design and implement workflow and reporting enhancements
Build financial models and tools that support forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis
Interpret financial and non-financial data to explain variances and improve decision-making
Operate as a highly collaborative leader who models clear communication and thoughtful problem-solving
Corporate Controller – Qualifications
CPA or CA strongly preferred
Public accounting and/or technology/SaaS experience
7+ years progressive accounting/finance experience + 2+ years managing teams
Strong presentation skills and comfort communicating with senior leadership
Experience with Oracle, SAP, or similar ERP
Demonstrated experience with process improvement and automation
Ability to balance deep operational accounting work with strategic financial analysis
Collaborative, humble leadership style with strong critical thinking skills
