Job Description The Senior Sales Executive will partner with leadership to refine, build upon, and execute the strategic plan, focusing on target client acquisition, industry verticals, and business partnerships. You will represent apiphani in public forums, conferences, events, and professional organizations while maintaining and developing strategic relationships with technology and business partners.
Responsibilities
Sell consulting services and software products to enterprises.
Achieve an annual quota of $3‑4M in the first year.
Monitor and report on sales pipeline health, lead performance, active pursuits, in‑flight deals, and revenue projections.
Analyze market opportunities and develop competitive strategies to increase market share.
Mentor junior sales resources on techniques, legal requirements, and product and service knowledge.
Ensure that sales quotas and KPIs are met at an individual level.
Maintain strong customer relationships to influence product and service development.
Collaborate with marketing and finance to align messaging, pricing, and business models for revenue objectives.
Lead virtual presentations to convert leads into customers.
Participate in contract negotiations and complete paperwork accurately and timely.
Organize weekly sales meetings to compare actual performance to targets.
Qualifications
15+ years selling professional services and software products.
Aggressive hunter with experience selling to Fortune 2000 CIO, CFO, CTO, and CSO levels.
Strong track record in high‑level selling.
Hunter mentality – gather new business.
Relationship and consultative selling skills; proven ability to identify, educate, sell, and close business opportunities.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field; or equivalent experience.
Proven quota‑driven sales skills.
Experience designing data‑driven decisions based on industry and performance metrics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to craft and execute complex business strategies.
Detail‑oriented and deadline focused.
Preferred Skills
Advanced degree in business administration or related field.
Experience in an early‑stage, fast‑growing environment.
Experience selling in the SAP ecosystem.
Salary Base Salary: $175,000—$260,000 USD per year.
