Performs organizational duties as assigned.**QUALIFICATIONS** * Works well with patients of all age groups.* Presents with a professional appearance.* Communicates effectively, both verbally and in writing.* Demonstrates outstanding interpersonal skills.* Analyzes, organizes, prioritizes, and meets deadlines in a fast-paced environment.* Completes assignments accurately and with attention to detail.* Seeks instruction in areas that require additional knowledge.* Works independently and in a collaborative environment.* Displays intermediate knowledge of ocular anatomy, function, and motility.* Exhibits ability to perform the appropriate patient workup using EMR telehealth platform.* Demonstrates competency in all ophthalmic subspecialty patient workups.* Prepares patients for intravitreal injections.* Ability to function as an ophthalmic scribe.* Proficient in Microsoft Office.The mission of the University of Miami is to transform lives through education, research, innovation, and service.
