Develop and implement ETL processes to integrate data from various sources. Create and manage data models, reports, and dashboards using BI tools. Optimize and enhance existing BI solutions for performance and scalability. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security. Stay updated with the latest BI technologies and best practices. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 7-8 years of professional experience in the software industry. Strong proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView. Experience with ETL tools and processes (e.g., SSIS, Informatica). Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and database design. Proficiency in SQL and data modeling. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Willingness to work on-site in Seattle, WA. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud-based BI solutions (e.g., Azure Synapse, AWS Redshift).
