We are seeking a highly experienced Platform Architect to lead the design and implementation of infrastructure strategies and cloud transformation initiatives.
This role involves developing high-level architecture, driving infrastructure modernization, and supporting hybrid cloud strategies.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in data center transformation, automation, and cloud-native technologies, with a strong background in secure, enterprise-scale environments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development of infrastructure strategies and roadmaps aligned with business goals.
Design and implement scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure and automation solutions.
Conduct assessments for data center transformation and cloud migration.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute hybrid hosting strategies.
Provide high-level architecture designs and articulate technology choices to stakeholders.
Optimize compute, storage, and network resources across on-prem and cloud environments.
Support architecture governance and ensure alignment with organizational standards.
Develop and maintain documentation, models, and best practices for infrastructure solutions.
Drive adoption of containerization, automation, and observability tools.
Ensure compliance with security frameworks and operational standards.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
10+ years of experience in infrastructure architecture, including cloud and data center transformation.
Proven experience with infrastructure automation tools (Ansible, BMC, VMware, Red Hat, Chef, Puppet).
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid cloud strategies.
Experience with container technologies (OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker).
Expertise in virtualization (VMware, Hyper‑V) and network virtualization (NSX).
Familiarity with Linux and Windows operating systems and middleware technologies.
Experience with infrastructure observability, monitoring, and configuration management.
Strong understanding of service management, security compliance, and Zero Trust Architecture.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in secure fintech or high-performance computing environments.
Background in application rationalization and IT footprint modernization.
Experience with strategy and execution of observability roadmaps.
Familiarity with confidential compute and advanced infrastructure security practices.
Certifications
Advanced certifications in VMware, Microsoft, Red Hat, Cisco, AWS, Azure, or GCP (preferred).
