Are you a nurturing and dependable Infant Teacher looking to make a difference in the lives of little ones? The Learning Experience — Dripping Springs is seeking a loving and dedicated teacher to join our growing childcare team! Our center is a place where “Happy Happens Here,” and our teachers help create that joy every day. We’re looking for someone passionate about early childhood development who thrives in a warm, family-focused environment. You’ll play a key role in helping our youngest learners reach developmental milestones through sensory play, music, movement, and responsive caregiving.
Responsibilities
Provide a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment for infants (6 weeks to 12 months).
Follow a daily schedule that includes feeding, diapering, tummy time, and early learning activities.
Build loving relationships with babies, families, and co‑teachers.
Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s daily experiences, growth, and milestones.
Maintain compliance with Texas childcare licensing standards and safety policies.
Qualifications
At least 6 months of professional infant or childcare experience (required).
CDA, Associate’s Degree, or higher in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
CPR/First Aid certification (preferred).
Genuine love and patience for infants and early learning.
