Crisis Triage Coordinator – overnights

Pay Range Base pay range: $24.04 – $28.85 per hour. Salary and benefits are negotiated based on skills and experience.
Location & Schedule
Location: Fort Collins, Colorado
Full‑time, 40 hours per week
Weekend differentials and shift differentials available
Hours: Wednesday‑Friday 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM, alternate Saturdays 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Role Overview As a Crisis Triage Coordinator, you will support our 24/7 Crisis Services team, helping individuals experiencing behavioral health crises. The position is based at our 24/7 Acute Care facility on the Longview campus and requires cross‑training across units such as Behavioral Health Urgent Care, Crisis Stabilization, Withdrawal Management, and Mobile Crisis Response.
Essential Duties
Triage field response teams transitioning from the field to the facility for Crisis Stabilization Services at Longview Acute Care.
Answer crisis calls from community members needing immediate crisis stabilization services and document those calls in a medical records system.
Help community members navigate behavioral health services in real time over the phone, connecting or transferring calls with other SummitStone programs and community partners.
Dispatch with the Mobile Crisis team to conduct field‑based crisis assessments and service placements as a dual‑response team.
Track mobile crisis calls and dispatch teams based on community need, transitioning individuals to admission or finding appropriate placement outside of SummitStone Services.
Support the 24/7 crisis services team and provide assistance to other units within the facility as needed.
Review, present, and document placement requests from outside organizations seeking clients at Longview.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in human services or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Licenses & Certifications
Substance Use Disorder training program participation required upon hire.
Valid Colorado driver’s license or the ability to obtain one within 30 days of hire; a clean driving record is required.
Current CPR and First Aid certifications.
Highly Desired
At least one year of experience working in a behavioral health setting or program.
Master’s degree or related license in the Human Services field (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, CAS, LAC preferred).
Bilingual or bicultural background is preferred.
About longview Campus Longview Campus is a new Acute Care Behavioral Health facility serving Larimer County residents needing urgent help with mental health and/or substance use disorders. SummitStone partners closely with Larimer County on this venture.
