Base pay: $33.34/hr - $40.01/hr ($69,347 - $83,221 annually)
Location: Larimer County, Colorado – community‑based, mix of onsite and remote work
Full‑time, 40 hours per week
Shift: Community‑based daytime hours, evenings required; preferred 4 × 10‑hour shifts Monday‑Thursday
Role Overview Responsible for clinical leadership in a community‑based behavioral health program. Provide individual and group supervision to clinicians, case consultation to multidisciplinary teams, and direct client care using the Trauma Systems Therapy (TST) model.
Essential Duties
Provide guidance, training, technical assistance, and coaching to clinical staff.
Serve as a role model, removing barriers and supporting staff.
Lead on‑site crisis intervention and staff support, including problem solving.
Supervise clinical staff, ensuring regulatory compliance and documentation standards.
Collaborate with SummitStone and community multidisciplinary professionals.
Conduct direct client care: ongoing assessments, crisis intervention, case management.
Assess risks to self or others, arrange resources, and develop service plans.
Prepare detailed documentation: treatment plans, progress reports, group and individual notes, case notes, letters, faxes, calls.
Adapt service delivery to meet client needs.
Maintain relationships with community and public agencies.
Advocate for clients in educational, legal, and other systems.
Follow agency client‑service standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field.
Active clinical license in Colorado (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) for at least two years, unrestricted.
More than three years of directly relevant experience in behavioral health and substance‑use treatment.
Experience with family systems and comfort working with children, adolescents, adults, and caregivers.
Valid Colorado driver’s license and personal vehicle; can drive to client homes within Larimer County.
Work 4‑10 hour shifts Monday‑Thursday, including evenings.
Highly Desired (Preferred)
Clinical supervision experience (LAC preferred).
Experience with all age groups.
Leadership role experience.
Bilingual/bi‑cultural.
Clean driving record; ability to obtain license within 30 days if needed.
CPR and First Aid certifications (may be required).
