Lead CNA / Household Coordinator

Full Time, Days, up to $24.10/hour UMC is certified

for eight consecutive years. We are seeking a Lead CNA to work in our Senior Care Community, The Shores, in Ocean City, NJ. Requirements: Current/valid C.N.A certification Prior experience working in long-term care General office skills including computer proficiency using MS Office and Outlook

Responsibilities: Assist staff and residents: answering call lights, helping with meals, transporting residents to activities, working with families, problem solving, establishing meeting schedules, monitoring cleanliness, participating in care plan meetings, managing resident service plans, etc. Monitor staffing schedules of CNAs Monitor par levels and reorder supplies in a timely manner Support, uphold and maintain the mission and values of UMC and promote the Community in a positive manner in all interactions within and outside the community. Demonstrate loyalty to and pride in the community, its teammates, residents and guests. Respect and safeguard the confidentiality of information including HIPAA. Project a professional and caring demeanor when interacting with residents, family members, guests and teammates. Maintain a clean, neat and orderly environment. Use equipment, supplies and other materials responsibly and cost?effectively. Demonstrate teamwork when interacting with other teammates throughout the organization. Show respect for self and others in language, dress and behavior. Initiate prompt and appropriate action/follow?up to problems and issues. Anticipate needs of residents, guests and teammates proactively; seek to meet the needs promptly and courteously. Welcome suggestions and new ideas as opportunities to learn, grow and improve services.
