Maintenance Associate

UMC is currently seeking a Maintenance Associate for our Home office in Neptune, NJ.
Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Minimum two years' experience in carpentry, electrical and plumbing. Documented apprenticeship or vocational schooling in lieu of two years' experience.
Responsibilities
Required to perform building maintenance which includes minor electrical, carpentry, plumbing duties and apartment turnover.
Responsible for completion of work orders as assigned.
Responsible for preventative maintenance on all equipment as assigned. Maintaining of Logs for Preventative Maintenance.
Responsible for overall cleaning and sanitizing of offices, public bathrooms, common areas, kitchen grounds, trash and recycling, apartment turnover and all basic cleaning.
Responsible for checking Facilities for Work Orders and Preventative Maintenance assigned, closing out when completed and includes any parts used.
