We are seeking a Document Control Specialist Energy, to join our team in Oak Ridge, TN. About Us

Responsibilities
Stops work without fear of reprisal for unsafe conditions potentially affecting personnel safety or environmental risk. Processes company records (entering into database, scanning, e-filing, manual filing, and uploading to the company SharePoint site). Processes service requests. Processes and distributes incoming mail. Manages the document or drawing review and approval process via Electronic Document Review System (EDRS) and Record Management System (RMS). Assists in document formatting using document templates. Issues document and drawing numbers. Enters controlled documents and drawings into RMS. Manages the design modification process in RMS. Manages the vendor deliverable and submittal process in EDRS and RMS. Prepares, maintains, and issues controlled copy documents/drawings. Moves records to off-site facilities. Maintains documents or drawings review history files. Supports the execution of Integrated Safety Management System (ISMS) guiding principles and core functions and the Isotek Safety Culture. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Requires High School Diploma or equivalent. Associate of Science degree preferred. Minimum two (2) years of records management and/or document control experience. Applicants selected will be subject to a federal background investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information or matter. U.S. citizenship required for Isotek Systems, LLC, project positions. Must be a U.S. citizen in order to be considered. What we offer
