The Terra-Gen Photovoltaic (PV) and Battery Storage (BESS) Plant Supervisor is for an additional plant(s) in the Edwards / Sanborn portfolio. It is a supervisory position that leads and monitors the operational and maintenance functions for the PV and BESS facilities near Mojave, CA and other designated plants as needed. The supervisor oversees employees, OEMs, and vendors who perform tasks outlined in an executed O&M service agreement between Terra‑Gen Operating Company and other relevant entities, including Terra‑Gen LLC.
Responsibilities
Ensure facilities operate at optimal performance and remain available for power production.
Assist in developing and implementing plant policies, procedures, and professional development programs for staff.
Maintain safe and efficient operation of the power plant(s) and associated equipment in accordance with regulatory guidelines and company directives.
Provide direction, guidance, and training to assigned personnel to achieve company goals.
Oversee all facets of operations and maintenance, ensuring equipment performance across the area of responsibility.
Implement inspection, repair, and testing programs to maintain the material condition of each component.
Coordinate with upper management, department managers, and OEMs to sustain peak plant performance and uphold warranties.
Ensure comprehensive documentation for historical analysis and regulatory compliance of maintenance and repairs.
Report directly to the Plant Manager.
Travel to additional sites as required.
Participate in an on‑call rotation.
