to support and evolve a highly customized Salesforce environment that powers complex operations across a national nonprofit.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a collaborative team, enjoys solving challenging problems, and has a passion for well-architected, scalable solutions. You'll work alongside an external Salesforce Architect and internal stakeholders to design, build, and maintain mission-critical Salesforce capabilities.
What Youll Do:
Develop & Customize: Build custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Flows.
Collaborate:
Partner with an experienced external Salesforce Architect and internal staff to define and implement features.
Integrate:
Connect Salesforce with other platforms using APIs and third-party tools.
Support:
Provide top-tier technical support, resolving complex user and platform issues.
Document & Test: Maintain system documentation and conduct thorough QA/regression testing.
Stay Sharp:
Keep up with Salesforce releases and suggest improvements or enhancements.
What Were Looking For:
5+ years of Salesforce development experience
in a highly customized environment.
Strong command of
Apex, SOQL, Flows, Visualforce , and
Lightning Web Components (LWC) (link removed)>
Skilled in working with
Person Accounts
and integrating external systems via APIs.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent Salesforce training/certs).
Salesforce Platform Developer I required; Developer II preferred.
Bonus Points If You:
Have experience working in mission-based or membership-focused organizations.
Have led or supported multi-phase Salesforce implementations.
Enjoy being the go-to person for technical troubleshooting and Salesforce strategy.
