W2 Only We are seeking a Functional IT Program Manager to join the Global Technology Operations team, supporting Global Financial Crimes Technology. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in financial forecasting, project and change management, and a strong background in the banking sector. Candidates with prior experience at Bank of America are highly preferred. Key Responsibilities

Manage financial forecasting and variance reporting for active projects

Create and maintain comprehensive project plans

Collaborate across project, technology, and business teams to ensure alignment and delivery

Execute tasks aligned with Enterprise Change Management requirements

Facilitate communication and negotiation across multiple levels of stakeholders

Prepare and maintain governance documentation and support routine reporting

Analyze and present project financials and updates with high accuracy and attention to detail

Manage concurrent complex projects in a dynamic environment

Promote team collaboration and contribute to issue resolution

Translate complex technical and financial data into clear, actionable presentations

Drive results through influence, credibility, and strategic problem-solving

45 years of experience in banking, with a focus on Financial Crime, AML, and Change Management

Prior Bank of America experience strongly preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Excel; working knowledge of Tableau

Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)

Strong knowledge of financial principles related to project management

High attention to detail and ability to manage priorities independently

Experience working within or familiarity with BAC Enterprise Change Standards is a plus

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive reporting and stakeholder engagement
