Senior / Medical Laboratory Technologist (Office Hours)

Highlights: Office Hours (8am - 4:30) West Area Provides AWS, Performance Bonus, Variable Bonus (2-4 months Annual Bonus) Job Responsibilities: Handle patient registration, specimen reception, preparation, and packing. Conduct laboratory tests (e.g., urine microscopy, full blood count, HbA1c) and maintain lab instruments. Perform point-of-care testing, phlebotomy, electrocardiograms (ECG), and spirometry. Verify, report, and investigate test results in a timely and accurate manner. Carry out daily quality control checks and troubleshoot instruments as necessary. Maintain accurate documentation for traceability, including QC and maintenance logs. Address patient queries and escalate issues to the Centre-IC when required. Adhere to safety guidelines and infection control protocols. Support the Centre-IC with administrative and operational tasks. Job Requirements: Degree in Medical Laboratory, Biomedical Science, or a related field. Experience in a clinical laboratory setting is preferred. Phlebotomy and heel prick sample collection experience is advantageous (training available).
