What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Partner with the engineering team to deliver user-friendly functionality that balances impact and engineering cost
Interact daily with internal product teams and customers to translate their needs into product requirements
Develop the vision, strategy, and roadmap for future product investments
Define key success metrics for webhooks and events to measure product impact
Collaborate with user researchers to validate product ideas and prototypes with early adopters
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 5+ years of Product Management experience
Passion for and experience in shipping tools for developers, such as CLIs, client libraries, and APIs
Experience with event-based architectures and technologies, such as Kafka, Amazon EventBridge, Azure Event Grid, or Google Pub/Sub
Background in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Deep understanding of the developer community and their needs
Familiarity with tools and processes used by development teams for integrations
Experience using social media to gather customer feedback
Hands‑on approach to product development, ensuring functionality is tested and documentation is refined
