What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 5 years in product management with experience in platforms, configuration, or B2B SaaS
Proven track record of leading technical products involving complex data and workflows
Experience managing multi-team initiatives from strategy to launch
Strong technical foundation, comfortable with APIs and system constraints
Excellent communication skills to influence across various teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with analytics tools such as Segment, GA, or Mixpanel
Background in developing developer tools or workflow systems
Strong understanding of iterative delivery processes and agile methodologies
Ability to prioritize effectively and manage competing demands
Passion for modernizing and scaling the insurance industry
