Summary Responsible for leading and managing a restaurant with a sales volume of $650,000 to $2.5M. Oversee day‑to‑day leadership, financial management, and maintain restaurant standards to ensure quality food, friendliness of service, cleanliness, and safety of employees and guests.

Essential Functions

Staff the restaurant with “A” Players. Recruit, select, retain quality employees; develop onboarding and training; coach, provide feedback, and schedule employees. Facilitate periodic employee meetings and enforce company policies and laws.

Drive Radical Hospitality for guests. Maintain all standards of excellence in food, service, cleanliness, and safety. Ensure employees follow recipes and procedures, drive guest satisfaction, and manage local store marketing and complaint resolution.

Manage local store marketing efforts, build community relationships, and lead catering sales.

Hit food cost and labor cost standards, forecast sales, protect profitability, and provide timely financial reports. Analyze P&L and develop action plans.

Maintain the restaurant facility and equipment in working order.

Consistently exhibit company values and perform all other tasks directed by leadership.

Other duties as assigned.

Education & Work Experience Required

High‑school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in business or related field preferred.

ServSafe certified.

At least 2 years of restaurant management experience.
