General Dentist , you’ll have the autonomy to practice dentistry your way while building a thriving patient base through community engagement. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive general dentistry services to a diverse patient base Collaborate with a skilled team of dental professionals and support staff Maintain accurate patient records and uphold the highest standards of care Participate in community outreach efforts to promote oral health education and attract new patients, including attending local events, networking with referring providers, and representing the practice in professional and civic organizations. Qualifications DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Active Texas dental license in good standing Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to engage with the community 3 year clinical experience preferred
