Our well-established fee-for-service practice in North Austin, Texas, is seeking a
General Dentist (DDS/DMD)
to guide our clinical team and help grow the practice through exceptional care and community engagement. This is a full-time opportunity for a dentist who on leadership, autonomy, and building strong patient relationships. General Dentist , you’ll have the autonomy to practice dentistry your way while building a thriving patient base through community engagement. If you’re passionate about leadership and excited by the challenge of growing a respected fee-for-service practice, this is your chance to make a lasting impact and create something truly your own. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive general dentistry services to a diverse patient base Collaborate with a skilled team of dental professionals and support staff Maintain accurate patient records and uphold the highest standards of care Participate in community outreach efforts to promote oral health education and attract new patients, including attending local events, networking with referring providers, and representing the practice in professional and civic organizations. Qualifications DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Active Texas dental license in good standing Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to engage with the community 3 year clinical experience preferred
