Senior Specialist, Partner Integrations
About The Team The Partner Integrations team connects DoorDash technology with the systems our merchants rely on. We support a mix of core products and new bets, building high‑quality integrations that unlock growth, efficiency, and operational excellence for merchants at scale. As DoorDash expands its integrated offerings, we are seeking talented individuals to join us and shape the future of our partner ecosystem. This role sits on our New Bets pod, responsible for incubating and scaling new integration types within fast‑growing areas of the business.
About The Role DoorDash is looking for a Senior Specialist who will manage and optimize integrations with third‑party point‑of‑sale systems, online ordering providers, and aggregators used by our top restaurant partners. Externally, you’ll serve as the Technical Account Manager representing Integrations at DoorDash. Internally, you’ll strategize with our cross‑functional DoorDash teams to build and operate world‑class integrations. This will include technical project management, go‑to‑market initiatives, data analysis, issue triaging, and client relationship management. You will report to a Manager on our Partner Integrations team, part of DoorDash’s Merchant Strategy & Operations organization.

Own the success of our Partner integrations by driving initiatives across technical teams, third‑party partners, and internal business stakeholders
Identify, resolve, and escalate day‑to‑day integration‑related issues
Serve as the voice of DoorDash in managing external relationships with our partners, leading implementation and process improvement
Partner with product, engineering, and strategy & operations to discover and drive opportunities for improvement that come from data analysis and develop strategies to build and scale our integration platform
Help define the integrations roadmap in collaboration with other product and operations owners

Qualifications
2+ years of experience leading technology integrations / implementation with partners
Demonstrated technical knowledge of integrations, APIs and webhooks
Proven track record of leading initiatives, working cross‑functionally to achieve goals, and succeeding in a team environment
Hands‑on working SQL experience to troubleshoot and self‑serve
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor’s degree required
Compensation The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range of $78,200–$115,000 USD, localized according to the employee’s work location. In addition to base salary, compensation includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.
