Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in Human Resources Management Position based in Australia at UNSW Canberra.

Position Details

Employment type: Full-time, 35 hours per week

Duration: Continuing

Remuneration: Level B from $127,947 | Level C from $155,403 plus leave loading and 17% super

Location: UNSW Canberra

Responsibilities

Increase the school’s capacity in teaching and service leadership of business and human resources management.

Develop new skills and competencies to address uncertainty and change triggered by emerging technologies such as AI, blockchain, and future of work agendas in public and private sector organisations.

Deliver teaching at undergraduate, postgraduate, and lifelong‑learning levels, including opportunities to teach in defence contexts.

Qualifications

A PhD in a field that complements the breadth of expertise of the School and supports teaching into Business Management and/or Human Resources Management and related subjects.

Demonstrated experience in teaching and learning design, development and delivery into human resources management courses at undergraduate and/or postgraduate level.

Experience using and/or designing with educational technologies and online delivery methods.

Evidence of ability to support and inspire students from diverse backgrounds and support student equity, diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Demonstrated track record in research with outcomes of high quality and high impact with clear evidence of the desire and ability to continually achieve research excellence as well as the capacity for research leadership.

High level communication skills and ability to network effectively and interact with a diverse range of students and staff.

Evidence of highly developed interpersonal and organisational skills.

Demonstrated ability to work in a team, collaborate across disciplines and build effective relationships.
