Shape the Future of Business Education at AGSM UNSW We are looking for talented educators to join AGSM’s Education Focussed academic team to deliver high‑quality teaching, develop curriculum, mentor colleagues and contribute to the wider teaching community.

Visa sponsorship and relocation allowance may be offered to preferred candidates.

Employment details:

Employment Type: Full‑time – 35 hours per week

Duration: Two‑year, Tenure Track

Remuneration: Level B from A$127,947; Level C from A$155,403 (plus 17% superannuation and leave loading)

Location: Kensington, NSW, Australia (Hybrid Flexible Working)

Responsibilities Lecturer (Level B)

Deliver engaging teaching and learning experiences at postgraduate level.

Design and develop innovative learning activities and assessments.

Support student success through consultation and mentoring.

Contribute to course administration and quality assurance.

Maintain professional development in pedagogy and disciplinary knowledge.

Senior Lecturer (Level C)

Lead curriculum development and educational innovation.

Mentor colleagues and foster a culture of teaching excellence.

Build industry links and attract funding for learning and teaching initiatives.

About You

A PhD in a relevant discipline (e.g., AI and business analytics, finance, economics, marketing, strategy and sustainability or other business disciplines).

Demonstrated excellence in post‑experience teaching and curriculum design.

Evidence of educational innovation and student engagement.

Strong interpersonal, collaboration and organisational skills.
