Manager, GTM Systems & Automation
Operate and scale our commercial tech stack to support Diligent’s AI‑first GTM strategy. This role governs the sales technology ecosystem, drives workflow automation, and ensures seamless integration across systems to enable field sales effectiveness. What You’ll Be Doing
Systems ownership & optimization:
Administer key GTM tools (e.g., Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, Clay), manage integration integrity, govern data, and partner with Business Applications to prioritize Salesforce enhancements for data consistency and automation. Workflow automation & integration:
Design and implement cross‑system automations that streamline lead routing, data enrichment, and customer lifecycle workflows. Operate data flows between Salesforce and connected tools using Workato. AI‑native innovation:
Identify opportunities to embed AI across GTM processes, pilot AI use cases, and scale them with Commercial Operations and Business Applications teams. Data integrity & governance:
Define and enforce governance standards for GTM systems data, identify key fields and workflows requiring clean, standard data for reporting and forecasting. Team enablement & field partnership:
Act as bridge between GTM technology and the field, gathering feedback to inform priorities. Collaborate with the Enablement team on documentation, training, and communications to promote adoption and confidence in GTM tools. Qualifications
6+ years in GTM Systems, Revenue Operations, or Business Systems roles, including 2+ years in a leadership or project‑ownership capacity. Strong Salesforce familiarity and hands‑on experience with connected GTM tools (Clay, Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator). Proven success optimizing commercial systems and automations that improved representative productivity and data quality. Hands‑on configuration and governance experience, with a bias toward documentation and simplification. Excellent communication skills, able to bridge technical and business audiences. A product mindset, capable of gathering requirements, managing priorities, and delivering measurable impact. Bonus: experience with AI‑enabled workflows, automation platforms (Workato, Zapier, N8N), and API‑based integrations. Pay Range
$114,000 – $142,000 USD EEO Statement
