Job Summary Adobe is looking for a senior Solutions Engineer to lead large‑scale growth engineering projects that implement Adobe Experience Cloud solutions. The role focuses on building a strong solution engineering culture, leading discovery sessions with customer teams, designing scalable technical solutions, and shaping the engineering roadmap.
Responsibilities
Deliver large‑scale growth engineering projects, many of which are implementations of Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
Build a strong solution engineering culture where team members learn and grow while delivering measurable contributions to the business.
Lead deep discovery sessions with customer teams to understand their key business and technical needs.
Prepare and deliver compelling and scalable technical solution designs, engagement approaches, and timelines.
Deliver feedback on platform capabilities to inform the engineering roadmap.
Share best practices and reference implementations with product engineering teams.
Prepare run‑and‑operate capability requirements and deliver prototypes to inform the run‑and‑operate tooling roadmap for AEP and Apps.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or higher degree.
10+ years of experience in technical or business consulting with at least 3+ years of hands‑on experience with Adobe Solutions such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign, and Adobe Audience Manager.
Hands‑on experience implementing Adobe Experience Platform, Customer Journey Analytics, or Adobe Journey Optimizer is ideal.
Experience leading workshops to define and prioritize client requirements and required capabilities, asking hard questions and suggesting standard methodologies.
Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate across disparate systems.
Ability to demonstrate concepts visually and in writing to guide customers through complex requests.
Strong background in leading large web‑based or marketing technology systems, or full software product lifecycle exposure.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills when leading and inspiring solutions engineers.
Experience with data implementation in support of a subscription business model is a plus.
Technical Requirements
Certification in at least one of the following: Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Journey Optimizer.
Deep understanding of data engineering and data modeling.
Hands‑on experience in AEP and Apps implementation, including segmentation.
Intermediate‑to‑advanced SQL and Python skills.
Able to explain differences between online and offline data collection methods, data storage and manipulation techniques, differences between DMP, DSP, and CDP solutions, data ingestion methods, and customer identity graphs.
Compensation The U.S. pay range for this position is $153,600 – $286,600 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
