Associate Attorney – Intellectual Property Attorney | Top 200 AM Law Firm | Hybrid – Riverside, CA
Base pay range: $130,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr
Our client, a Top 200 AM Law firm, is seeking an Intellectual Property Attorney to join their growing Riverside office. The ideal candidate will work on a wide range of Intellectual Property litigation matters, including patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret disputes.
Key Responsibilities
Handle trademark, patent, copyright, and trade secret litigation in federal court
Provide IP-related advice and counseling to clients
Conduct document reviews and manage e-discovery
Prepare and respond to written discovery requests
Conduct and defend depositions
Draft and argue motions and appear in court hearings
Participate in arbitrations and trials
Prepare and prosecute trademark, copyright, and patent applications and respond to office actions
(Bonus) Assist with licensing transactions, general business, or employment litigation
Qualifications
3–7 years of overall litigation experience (with at least 2 years focused on IP litigation)
Experience before the Trademark Office, Patent Office, or ITC is a plus
Strong writing, research, and advocacy skills
Admission to practice law in the State of California is required
