Mid to Senior Level Intellectual Property Litigation Associate - Engineering - Dallas
Our client is a major Am law 100 firm, seeking a mid to senior level associate for its Intellectual Property practice in Dallas.
This position primarily involves IP litigation. The salary range for this role is between $310k to $435k.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience with complex IP disputes, including patent, trademark, copyright, false advertising, unfair competition, and trade secret matters, as well as related licensing and commercial disputes.
This role will also involve some support of the patent prosecution and IP transactions practice.
A background in engineering is required.
Texas bar admission or ability to become admitted in the state.
Strong academic credentials.
Excellent verbal, writing, and interpersonal skills; team focused.
All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
