Solution Architect, ServiceNow (KPMG US)

This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work within our Digital Nexus technology organization and collaborate with enterprise architects, project teams, and clients across multiple industries. Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements within the ServiceNow framework or partner with Enterprise Architecture to suggest alternative platforms. Design and implement scalable, flexible, and maintainable solutions, including leading proofs of concept for new initiatives. Build integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using iPaaS (e.g., Mulesoft), APIs, web services, MID servers, and ETL tools. Provide technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the project lifecycle, working closely with ServiceNow support and cross‑functional teams to resolve critical issues and ensure seamless integration. Create comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and development standards. Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends related to ServiceNow solutions (IRM, SecOps, ITAM, ITOM, ITSM, and more). Qualifications
Minimum seven years of recent experience in solution architecture with a focus on ServiceNow, including extensive experience in two or more ServiceNow modules (LSD, WSD, ITAM/ITOM, HRSC, IRM, CSM, and more). Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is preferred; ServiceNow CAD and one or more CIS certs are required, and CTA or CMA are strongly preferred. Experience supporting business solutions hosted on ServiceNow from a developer or administrator perspective, including upgrades, integrations, and operational support. Strong understanding of practical application of ServiceNow to industry solutions and knowledge of interconnectedness between modules and core data. Proven familiarity with ServiceNow and other technology platforms commonly used to service core business functions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross‑functional teams.
