Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements within the ServiceNow framework or partner with Enterprise Architecture to suggest alternative platforms

Design and implement solutions that are scalable, flexible, and easy to maintain to include leading proofs of concept for new

Build integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using iPaaS (like Mulesoft), APIs, web services, MID servers, and ETL tools

Provide technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the project lifecycle, to include working with ServiceNow support and other technical teams to address and resolve critical issues; work with cross‑functional teams to ensure that solutions are integrated with other systems and processes

Create comprehensive technical documentation including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and development standards

Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends related to ServiceNow solutions (IRM, SecOps, ITAM, ITOM, ITSM and more)

Qualifications

Minimum seven years of recent experience in solution architecture, with a focus on ServiceNow including extensive experience in two or more ServiceNow modules (LSD, WSD, ITAM/ITOM, HRSC, IRM, CSM and more)

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in computer science, information technology, or a related field is preferred; ServiceNow CAD (Certified Application Developer) and one or more CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist) certs required and CTA (Certified Technical Architect) or CMA (Certified Master Architect) strongly preferred

Experience in supporting business solutions hosted on ServiceNow from a developer or administrator perspective, inclusive of the challenges associated with upgrades, integrations, and operational support

Strong understanding of practical application of ServiceNow as it relates to industry solutions, as well as an understanding of the interconnectedness between modules and core data

Proven familiarity with ServiceNow and other technology platforms commonly used to service core business functions

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross‑functional teams
