About The Role
We are seeking a Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Miami Shores, FL. This full‑time employee position is Monday through Friday based at our multidisciplinary clinic. You will work alongside a supportive group of therapists passionate about helping children reach their full potential. Whether you are a seasoned clinician or a Clinical Fellow (CF), we offer the guidance and mentorship you need to thrive.
What You’ll Do
Provide speech and language therapy to pediatric clients in our clinic and via teletherapy.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence‑based practices and client goals.
Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team (OTs, MTs, ATs) to ensure holistic care.
Document evaluations, progress notes, and session reports promptly.
Communicate regularly with families to review progress and provide guidance.
Participate in training, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
Engage in monthly team bonding events and maintain active communication via our internal support platform.
Support the Medicaid credentialing process, if not already enrolled.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology.
Active Florida Department of Health (DOH) license in good standing.
Medicaid provider number preferred.
Pediatric experience required; feeding therapy experience preferred.
Clinical Fellows (CFs) welcome to apply.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative mindset.
Basic computer proficiency and access to a personal computer.
Reliable transportation to/from the clinic.
Ability to adhere to HIPAA guidelines and maintain client confidentiality.
Clean background check.
