Landlord-Tenant Associate
to join its growing litigation team. This role offers hands‑on litigation experience, strong mentorship, and a clear path to partnership, with the firm poised for exciting growth and transition to a stronger platform in 2026. What You’ll Be Doing:
Handle a steady caseload of landlord‑tenant matters in Housing and Supreme Court Draft pleadings, motions, and related legal documents Advise clients on Rent Stabilization Law, Rent Control, and affordable housing issues Support client relationships and business development initiatives What We’re Looking For:
3–7 years of landlord‑tenant litigation experience Strong knowledge of NYC Rent Stabilization Law and Code Courtroom experience in Housing and/or Supreme Court admission and excellent legal writing and communication skills What’s on Offer:
