Responsibilities
Understand and assist with implementing the network infrastructure solutions designed by the Architects and Senior Consultants
Provide onsite and ongoing technical service and support during and after project rollout
Troubleshoot, triage, and resolve escalations
Support existing and new deployments
Demonstrate strong support and customer service orientation
Deliver technology solutions for clients on time and on budget
Gain in-depth understanding of client's business processes, gather data requirements, and work with the Senior Consultants and Architects to develop technology solution to solve the business issues
Develop, maintain, document internal processes and procedures related to duties and responsibilities
Look for opportunities to improve the client’s productivity and efficiencies through technology
Ask questions and seek to develop a deeper understanding of the client’s business and how IT can be used to assist the achievement their business strategy and goals
Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements & Qualifications
Knowledge of Cisco router/switches and implementations
Active CCNA and or CCNP
Knowledge of routers, gateways, switches, and Wan protocols
Ability to travel, have routine multi-day onsite assignments and work long hours when needed
Experience with alternative firewall solutions such as SonicWALL
Working knowledge of Cisco wireless: autonomous and lightweight Access points, Wireless LAN Controllers
Experience with: Checkpoint firewalls, Nexus, Juniper routers / Switches
Cisco Call Manager
Minimum 5 years of consulting/industry experience
Healthcare industry experience
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of consulting/industry experience
Bachelors degree in related field
