top-tier law school
with an
excellent academic record
Active Bar Admission
in
California , in good standing
4+ years
of substantive experience in
employment law
Experience
litigating employment disputes , with a strong interest in
arbitration
and
trial work
Exposure to
transactional employment work , including drafting policies, agreements, EEOC position statements, and DFEH responses
Skilled in conducting
depositions ,
witness interviews , and
discovery
Background in
counseling
employers on
federal
and
state employment law compliance
preferred
Experience assisting clients with
workplace training programs
and
policy development
is a
plus
Superior legal research, writing, and analytical skills with strong attention to detail
Team-oriented mindset with a client-focused approach
Key Responsibilities
Represent employers
in employment
litigation
matters, including
arbitration
and
trial
Draft
and
review
employment‑related
agreements ,
workplace policies , and
compliance documentation
Prepare EEOC position statements ,
DFEH responses , and related filings
Manage discovery , including conducting depositions and witness interviews
Counsel employers
on
compliance
with federal and state employment laws
Assist clients with the
design and implementation
of workplace
policies ,
practices , and
training programs
Collaborate with senior attorneys to
develop case strategy
and deliver practical, solutions‑oriented client service
Maintain strong client relationships through responsive and effective communication
