Program Commitment The College Associate Program is a full-time, immersive experience designed to deliver real-world learning, collaboration, and a whole lot of career-building momentum. Program Dates: May 27 – August 7, 2026. Applicants are expected to be available for the full length of the program.
The Role This role will support the salespeople under the SVP, Media & Sponsorship, reporting directly into the Senior Director.
Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of sales materials, proposals, and client presentations.
Conduct research on prospective clients, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
Collaborate with integrated sales & marketing, strategy, research and brand management teams to ensure flawless execution.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative partnership opportunities.
Qualifications
Passion for selling, connectivity, relationship-building.
Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and basic CRM tools.
Interest in media, marketing, and brand partnerships.

Compensation The expected compensation for this position is $20/hr. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
