The Opportunity You’ll lead ServiceNow Transformation teams in a rapidly growing area of the business. It’s a client‑visible role where you’ll showcase your ability to motivate, develop your team, and establish and maintain new client relationships. You will grow your consulting and team‑leadership skills while building relationships and gaining experiences that shape your career.

In this role, you will identify and define user/customer requirements, focusing on developing user interfaces (UI) across mobile, web, and tablets. You will be responsible for creating software components and services that interact seamlessly with upstream and downstream components, ensuring business requirements are met through effective coding and programming.

Your Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring the final product meets their needs.

Design and develop user interfaces that are functional and enhance user experience.

Write clean, maintainable code and create specifications that support business objectives.

Execute regular travel to meet with clients and engage stakeholders directly.

Skills and Attributes for Success

Act as a workstream lead across all phases of a ServiceNow IT/OT Asset Management project, including design, configuration/development, testing, and deployment.

Manage and mentor a multi‑disciplinary team of 3–5 resources, including offshore consultants, developers, and testers.

Provide guidance and industry‑leading practice expertise for ServiceNow IT/OT Asset Management implementations.

Analyze a company’s IT/OT Asset Management people, process, and technology capabilities, provide recommendations, and contribute to strategic roadmaps.

Advise on the connectivity of the CMDB and IT Operations Management (ITOM) to ITSM processes.

Lead client process and design sessions, and facilitate requirements workshops with functional or business process area subject matter experts.

Experience with waterfall and agile delivery models, including planning, status reporting, budgets, risk and issue logs.

Create high‑quality deliverables and project artifacts.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Typically 2–4 years of relevant ServiceNow IT/OT Asset Management project experience.

ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).

Minimum of two of the following ServiceNow certifications:

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Hardware Asset Management

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Software Asset Management

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Data Foundations

3+ years of Big‑4 or equivalent consulting experience.

Excellent soft skills – communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, relationship building, dependability, and organization.

Experience leading teams and supervising others.

Valid U.S. driver’s license.

Ability to travel to meet client needs.

Ideally, You’ll Also Have

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Discovery.

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Vulnerability Response.

Experience with ServiceNow’s AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, AI Control Tower).

Performance analytics and reporting experience; certifications are a plus.
