Position Overview In this role, you'll travel nationwide to install, upgrade, troubleshoot, and repair Komori offset printing presses. You'll be the face of Komori's technical excellence, ensuring our customers' equipment runs at peak performance.
Key Responsibilities
Install and configure offset printing press hardware and software at customer sites
Perform equipment analysis, troubleshooting, repairs, upgrades, and maintenance training
Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using established procedures
Communicate technical feedback to the Technical Service Manager
Act as a liaison for unresolved technical issues
Attend training classes as needed
Travel extensively across the U.S. (80% to 100%).
Qualifications Education & Experience
Associate's degree or equivalent technical training
Completion of electronics or mechanical training program
Minimum of two years of experience in mechanical or electrical repair of offset printing presses
Must reside within 40 miles of a major airport hub
Skills & Abilities
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
Clear and professional communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and ERP software
Other Requirements
Valid driver's license
Ability to lift/move up to 75 lbs.
Comfortable working near mechanical parts, electrical components, and in noisy environments
Willingness to travel frequently
