Project Types
Department of defense projects for various agencies (USACE, Air Force, Space Force, Navy).
Technology projects in the field of manufacturing along with data centers.
Solid waste and wastewater facility improvements.
Solar, battery storage and substation projects.
Responsibilities
Lead or assist with preparation of construction documents.
Work with junior, mid-level, and senior engineers of various disciplines to complete engineering assignments.
Develop unique solutions to solve problems encountered during design.
Develop and work within budget and schedule.
Prepare plan drawings, technical specifications, design documentation reports, bid quantities, and construction cost estimates.
Modify plan drawings and coordinate with AutoCAD Drafters and Civil3D Designers. Will be required to prepare designs Civil3D.
Mentor junior staff.
Perform site visits to confirm field conditions.
Perform engineering assignments that require critical thinking and creativity to address unique elements that have limited or no specific code-based guidance.
Perform other duties as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
BS degree in Civil Engineering.
5 years’ minimum experience in land development site/civil or related projects.
Good leadership and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
Must be willing to travel throughout the United States on an as‑needed basis.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree.
Previous experience in general civil engineering.
Professional Engineer (PE) license.
Demonstrated leadership and communication skills.
Proficient and demonstrated applied experience with CAD civil engineering software such as Bentley Open Roads Designer and/or Autodesk Civil 3D; specialty civil platforms(e.g., Openflows) as required.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
