Main Responsibilities
Gather and translate customer requirements into practical warehouse and automation solutions.
Develop layouts, workflows, and system concepts using CAD tools.
Analyze operational data in Power BI, Python, or Excel to uncover trends and improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with sales and engineering to communicate the technical and business value of Robust AI solutions.
Minimum Requirements
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent for layout and system design.
Experience with data analysis using Power BI, Python, or Excel.
Interest in warehousing, distribution, supply chain, and automation, especially how robotics and data can improve operations.
Nice to Have
Experience with warehouse system integrators or projects involving AMRs, AGVs, or similar automation.
Familiarity with warehouse optimization techniques such as batch picking, order clustering, and SKU slotting.
Exposure to Discrete Event Simulation tools, preferably FlexSim, for modeling warehouse processes and automation performance.
Strong Python skills and familiarity with visualization libraries (Plotly, Matplotlib, Seaborn, etc.).
Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is a strong plus.
What You’ll Bring to the Table
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field.
A genuine passion for robotics, automation, and warehouse logistics, with curiosity to learn and experiment.
A problem‑solving mindset: you enjoy taking open‑ended challenges and creating data‑driven insights that inform both business and technical decisions.
Willingness to travel up to 20–30% for customer visits, system reviews, and project support.
