Position Summary Dinsmore has an immediate opportunity available for a litigation associate in our Miami office, with a focus on real estate litigation and litigation involving international hotel companies.

Responsibilities

Prepare and argue motions.

Take depositions.

Handle complex discovery and electronic discovery.

Prepare cases for trial.

Research and draft briefs and motions.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of commercial litigation experience.

Experience with negligence, fraud, professional negligence matters, and complex jurisdictional issues preferred.

Federal or state clerkship and/or appellate law experience preferred.

Florida law license required; familiarity with Florida’s federal court system preferred.

Strong academic background and excellent research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
