Position Overview The Vice President of Strategic Initiatives will serve as a key strategic partner to the CFO/President and executive leadership team, driving the company’s long‑term growth and transformation agenda. This individual will lead high‑impact initiatives that advance strategic priorities, accelerate value creation, and strengthen the company’s position as an industry leader in aesthetic healthcare. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role will collaborate closely with senior executives and the private equity sponsor to shape enterprise strategy, execute M&A initiatives, and ensure alignment across business functions and growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning & Execution

Partner with the CFO, and executive leadership to develop, refine, and operationalize the company’s multi‑year strategic plan.

Drive data‑driven analysis and initiative design across areas such as market expansion, service innovation, operational scalability, and technology enablement.

Facilitate strategic planning processes and performance reviews that ensure accountability and alignment with financial and operational objectives.

Leadership of Strategic Initiatives

Lead cross‑functional, high‑priority initiatives that drive innovation, growth, and operational excellence across the organization.

Build frameworks, conduct analyses, and manage execution to ensure projects deliver measurable outcomes on time and within scope.

Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the executive team, facilitating communication, alignment, and progress across the business.

MBA strongly preferred.
