Business Finance Analyst – Sevita
Mentor Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Salary:
$68,640 Annually
Location:
Rancho Cucamonga, CA – Hybrid schedule (1 day in office/4 remote). Must be flexible to be in office as needed and able to commute to the Rancho Cucamonga office.
Responsibilities
Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial analysis for the State, Regions, Areas and cost centers.
Prepare financial plans in accordance with strategic plans and corporate targets (budgeting).
Act as a field finance liaison, providing assistance to corporate finance and accounting staff with system development and approaches that meet company requirements.
Analyze business process management to understand the strengths and weaknesses of the company’s financial situation.
Design and implement alternative business process workflows, supervise execution, and incorporate feedback.
Stay current with relevant software developments and identify areas for improvement and business issues.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field.
3–5 years of related experience in finance: reporting, budgeting, etc.
Highly organized, independent, and detail-oriented.
Excellent communication skills.
Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTable, etc.).
Knowledge of Power BI.
Experience with iServe, Smartsheet, Salesforce, Dayforce, Zycus a plus.
VBA experience, minimum of 2 years.
GAAP experience a plus.
