We are seeking an experienced
Director of Operations
(8–10 years of leadership experience preferred) to oversee the daily operations and strategic growth of
Advanced Dentistry of South Florida , one of Delray Beach’s premier technology‑driven, upscale dental practices.

General & Cosmetic Dentistry
Endodontics
Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery
Invisalign® & Advanced Orthodontic Solutions
The Director of Operations will lead the practice in achieving operational excellence, managing a team of over 10 providers, clinical staff, and ensuring our reputation as a premier dental destination for the South Florida community.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day‑to‑day operations including scheduling, patient flow, billing, and insurance coordination.
Manage HR functions: hiring, credentialing, compliance, staff training, and performance management.
Support and coordinate across general dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, endodontics, oral surgery, periodontics, and hygiene.
Lead technology adoption to streamline workflows and improve patient care.
Ensure five‑star patient experiences across all services — from emergency visits to cosmetic enhancements.
Monitor and improve scheduling systems, call performance, and reappointment processes.
Oversee online reviews, reputation management, and patient engagement initiatives.
Track budgets, KPIs, and financial performance; implement strategies to meet growth and collection targets.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and state/federal regulations.
Oversee insurance processing, billing accuracy, and collections.
Marketing & Community Engagement
Lead community outreach and marketing initiatives, building relationships with local organizations, businesses, and referral partners.
Oversee promotional products, sponsorships, and practice branding campaigns.
Manage social media presence, digital marketing platforms, and internal patient engagement programs.
Qualifications
8–10 years of leadership experience in healthcare/dental operations.
Proven track record managing high‑volume practices with multiple providers.
Strong financial and business acumen.
Marketing and community engagement experience preferred.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency with practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
