improving the experience for patients and their families . The Role: Technical Product Manager We are looking for a

highly technical product manager with proven early-stage startup experience

(0-1 or early scaling). You’ll

bridge Product and Engineering , ensuring our team moves fast, ships efficiently, and builds with technical precision. Your role will be

execution-focused , owning feature readiness, technical refinement, and backlog management. What You’ll Do Translate product ideas into engineering-ready specs

with clear technical considerations. Work closely with engineers

to scope, refine, and anticipate technical challenges. Own backlog management and sprint planning , ensuring seamless execution. Define and track key product metrics , ensuring features drive impact and engagement. Optimize product-engineering collaboration , identifying inefficiencies and improving workflows. What You Bring Must have:

Proven experience in an early-stage startup (Seed to Series A). Local SF Bay Area candidates only

– This role requires in-person collaboration. Strong technical fluency

– Understanding of APIs, databases, and system design. Execution-first mindset

– Able to break down ideas into clear, detailed tickets. Startup adaptability

– Thrives in a fast-moving, resource-constrained environment. Excellent communication skills

– Can bridge the gap between Product and Engineering. Bonus:
